I GAINED A POUND!!!

BRANDON YOU ASSHOLE...YOU SABOTAGED ME AND ADDED LARD TO ONLY MY PIECES!!!!!!!! why would you do this to me? no but seriously this is freaking annoying...i think i'm just gonna go back to eating bad...bye

  1. First of all, we have learned that you didn't actually gain a pound! So that is great. But I agree that it is hard to stay motivated when you are not seeing the results. That's kinda how I'm feeling today, while being nervous about the upcoming events of the next few days! Oh well, no one ever said dieting is easy, right?? We got this guys!

  2. I really don't think it makes sense to weigh yourself everyday. Even weekly is too frequent. Consider the fact that you're trying to lose ~1 to 2 lbs a week. The error for these scales is probably around that same range. I think you should grade your dieting by looking in the mirror and how you feel.

  3. Although I understand your point, my goal is to lose 10 pounds a week. Therefore the error is not really a factor and i should definitely be weighing myself AT LEAST once a day :)
